Welcome to our web site! We are Dick and Patti LaShaw ~ owners of ATouch of Country.
Our venture into the exciting world of weddings began quite unexpectedly. The Century Farm has been worked and enjoyed by the LaShaw family for over 100 years. Because of its park like setting, our daughter (Tina) a wedding and event planner asked us to open our home to a client of her's for a retirement party. Her being our daughter, we said yes.
The guests at the event were amazed at the 360 degree views of beautiful Mica Peak, wheat fields and the sunset saying "this place would be magical for weddings and special events".
After seeing how excited people were we began scheduling weddings on a regular basis in the fall of 2005. Since that year, we have been a part of making countless couple's wedding dreams come true.
